I really appreciate this company! They are super fast, very professional and very inexpensive. They are a smaller company which allows them to have reasonable prices along with quality work! It literally took 40 min for the whole process and my phone was back in full effect, working fine after my screen just deciding to go out all of a sudden. They saved me from a very stressful situation that could have went extremely bad! Thank you so much Gizmo!!

Screen suddenly went black, dropped off phone in kiosk and they were able to repair within 4hrs. I was in a rush on getting it repaired and wish I would’ve looked more into it; realizing afterwards that they do not use authentic apple screens.

Due to being an off brand screen here are the “issues” I’m having:
1. Getting an error message “Display Not Recognized”
2. The screen uses up battery usage very quickly, within 1hr my phone went to 80% when only used for maybe 45min
3. The screen has a slight purple/pink hue, White/Black is off
4. Even at lowest brightness screen is still too bright for me

If you don’t care about these things, then sure, it’s a great quick fix for $140. I appreciated how quickly the repair time was, but I don't think i'd use them again.

On May 15, 2024 I took my husband's phone to the Gizmo kiosk located inside the Shell station in Buckeye. We paid $160 dollars for them to repair a broken screen, clean the charger port and provide a case and tempered glass for the phone. I was definitely ok with the price and the phone seemed good as new when we picked it up. On Saturday, June 8th 2024 my husband's screen went completely blank but the phone was still on. So I went to the website and it clearly stated on the website that they were so confident in the quality of their work they provide a 90 day guarantee. So I placed a call to the number online and explained the situation. The man then proceeded to ask me if it had been over 30 days since the repair. I told him I think it had because I wasn't sure. He then said that the guarantee was only good for 30 days despite what their website says. I located the text they had sent me to pick up his phone and it hadn't been the full 30 days. He seemed a bit agitated with that information. So he instructed me to take the phone to the kiosk and because it was 2:30pm on a Saturday that it probably wouldn't be picked up until the following day. I agreed and took the phone in. The next day my husband went into the Shell station later in the afternoon and the phone was still there waiting to be picked up. So on Monday when we still hadn't heard anything I placed several calls to them and could not get an answer. I sent the following text:
Hi, this is K* ***. I have made several attempts to call this morning, with no answer. I was told that my husband's phone was picked up on Saturday and I should have an answer by the following day. Here we are, Monday, and still nothing. If your company is unable to fix the phone or is unwilling to fulfill the terms of your guarantee, then I would like to get the phone back ASAP so that I may take it somewhere to be fixed. As mentioned before, this is my husband's work phone, and we are missing out on business not having this phone.
Their response:
Hello mam, the phone was repaired and returned the next day after submission
You should have gotten a text message and code for pickup.
I followed by saying I did not recieve a code and I didn't even mention the fact that my husband had went in on Sunday to check if it was ready and it still hadn't been picked up. I was just thankful to get the phone back. They provided a code and the phone seemed to be fixed however, they did remove the tempered glass we paid them to put on the phone and did not replace it. Again, not worth putting up a fight.
Here we are August 1st and my husband's phone is no longer working again. The phone is on but the screen is blank. He did not drop it and there was no other damage to the phone that happened. We are now outside of the 30 days.
Continued Friday August 2nd:
I placed a call to the company and spoke with the same man that always answers. He told me exactly what I thought he would and that was I can drop it off for diagnostic but it will not qualify for the warranty. He also mentioned that once a warranty has been used there is no warranty on that warranty basically, for lack of better words. He then proceeded to tell me that it must be a device issue. The device was repaired for a cracked screen and had some dirt in the charger port, but the screen always worked. Never went black with power to the phone until after this company worked on it. They seem to have great reviews so maybe this is just a one off, but consumer beware because you may end up worse than when you started.

Great business, I had an I Phone 13 max pro that was broken up real bad on both sides. The screen wouldn't turn on at all. I had pieces missing on the back and I really thought it was a goner but I needed the notes off it for work, so I took it to the sombrero shell station in Buckeye and dropped it off at their kiosk.
Within 1 day they had it back to me looking like a brand new phone. I definitely recommend

I have an iPhone 12 Pro that had the back glass completely shattered. I contacted Gizmo and after no answer I received a response immediately via text from another number. He gave me a very reasonable price, and the best part was that it was same day service. I dropped off my phone in a kiosk that is located inside the back left corner of a Shell gas station. That machine will ask for your payment upfront and has a secure slot for you to leave your phone in. I was skeptical at first, but worked out great. I dropped off at 9:45am and had my phone fixed by 7:30pm. I would definitely recommend this service. You will receive an emailed/printed receipt and prompt responses if you have any questions through text. If you still feel skeptical, remember you can always track your phone with another device.

I’m quite a klutz when it comes to dealing with my iPhone, it happens when you are into your 70’s. But, being able to simply drop off the iPhone in a very convenient location really helps. Upon discovering what happened to my iPhone, and how it had to be repaired, Oscar stepped up and fixed it, when the Apple technician refused to repair it (it failed when it was in his possession).

Fast, convenient and affordable service! Dropped the cell phone off at 7:55 pm and it was ready at 1:00 pm the next day. When I called to check the status of my cell phone repair, I spoke to a live person and not an automated message. I will definitely use a Gizmo Kiosk again, they exceeded my expectations!
