Dr Matthew Cockett is a great doctor and he listen to what you have to say. Give great advice. I own him my life because without his knowledge I wouldn’t be here.
I thank God for him!

I was nervous seeing Dr Cockett based on all these reviews. Let me tell you, he spent probably about 45 minutes with us really trying to understand the medical problem. He listened, laughed, really built up a good repor. He is the 3rd Dr we've seen for the same issue and by far the best one. He has what you would call a driver personality so he is direct and straight to the point which is what we like best about him. I highly recommend him.

Wish I could give negative 1 million stars for Dr. Cockett. His attitude is terrible, he was rude, argumentative and completely unprofessional. Definitely the worst medical professional I've ever had to work with. Bogus referral to overpriced specialist and charged me $85 bucks for nothing but verbal abuse and eye rolling. Save your money.

My first visit will be my last with Dr Cockett. I am new to AZ from Cali with insurance that allows me one free women's wellness and one free physical per year with daily mammograms without a copay or deductible. During this first office visit, Dr Cockett rolled his eyes at me twice and said that he felt a lump in my left breast which I explained was the valve in my implant. He ordered me my free mammogram but when my EOB arrived, I'm being billed for almost $600 in out of pocket expense. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH DR COCKETT, FIND A MORE ETHICAL DOCTOR!!!

I went to get my foot checked out. and DR. Cockett seemed timid and brought in a book to look at to tell me what I had. I suggested what I thought because i have been seen before and told him which doctor and what they prescribed. I don't think he wanted to give me a what i was getting because he didn't think i was diagnosed properly. he seemed RUDE and My kids were with me and he kept humming at the book and saying " I don't think that is what it is." more than once as he turned the pages. He is a Jerk and rude and makes you feel like your wrong. He wrote the prescription for me and said " well if that is what you want i hope it works out for you." Very snotty attitude and self- centered. I literally went to the front office and asked to change him as my primary doctor. I did tell them exactly what he is. ## Doesn't care, attitude, smart-@@@, mocking, rude, shady personality. I don't know why is in this Profession. STAY AWAY.. If i could select a ZERO star for him i Would.

Decided to go here because I can't stand the VA. Doctor was friendly, went over some things. I explained the meds I was taking and had been for 2 years. Also explained that until the office gives a prior authorization to my insurance, they'll only cover 2/3 pills I take daily. i have to be hospitalized for withdrawal symptoms if I don't take my full dose and I explained the prior auth to them. That was a month ago and my insurance had to contact them today because they still failed to send it. I'm out of my meds now and am stuck in limbo as they said they'll take a look at calling my insurance tomorrow. I go to the doctor to enhance my health, and now I may be having to go to the ER if they still fail to do this TINY task. I'll change my review if they get this fixed tomorrow but I feel like a doctor's office should take care of their patients and not put them in the hospital over administrative paperwork. Especially when talking to insurance companies is a daily task for a doctor's office.

Update: Still hadn't called by the afternoon of the following day. Finally called and said they were sending my prescription to the pharmacy. I don't trust this at all and pharmacy still hasn't received it.

I have issued a complaint with the BBB and will be switching providers immediately.

Update, went up to 4 stars as they fixed the problem.
