Our team had a training session with Helen Marshall which was fantastic. Helen had full knowledge of the product so was able to show us lots of different things we weren't aware of.

It was a really good use of our time as the hints and tips were put into use instantly in our team.

My experience matches a number of other reviews. A generally very poor approach to customer relations despite direct dialogue with them. If entering into contract be very cautious of contract terms, particularly in relation to automatic contract extensions. Cannot recommend.

Warning: Avoid Croner I – A Cautionary Tale

I strongly advise against entering into any agreements with Croner I. Our experience has been frustrating, marked by aggressive sales tactics and misleading promises. The sales team promised any-time cancellation and even offered “free months,” but these claims proved false. They contacted us using untraceable mobile numbers and WhatsApp, leaving no record of conversations.
We found ourselves locked into a five-year contract. When we tried to cancel just two weeks later, we were told the cancellation team would contact us, but Jennifer from the team was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in assisting us. Instead, we were hit with demands to pay the full five-year amount. Since then, we’ve been bombarded with calls and emails demanding payment.
It seems their focus is more on relentless sales pressure than on providing effective service I recommend exploring other options, as the templates provided are not helpful or efficient for the intended purpose. They may not meet the necessary requirements or provide the needed clarity to effectively address the task. I will share my experience in all care agency groups to warn others never to engage with Croner I. There are numerous complaints about similar issues, and I believe this company should be scrutinized more closely.
Please take this as a warning if you value your business and peace of mind.

Beware of any of their contracts you will be automatically entered into renewals and you have give 6 months minimum noticeif the contract has fallen outside of initial period into auto renewal. Check the small print!
