Paige is one of the best osteopaths that I have ever worked with. She helped throughout my pregnancies and also postpartum. During my pregnancies she helped with normal pregnancy pains so I could go about my day with way more comfort and enjoyment. While healing postpartum was hard work, she helped me every step of the way so I could feel like myself again. She was always very accommodating and did what she could to fit into my schedule. She was always on time for her appointments and was very professional the whole time. I cannot recommend enough!!

Reluctantly making this post… but my loss is your gain, Florida! I’ve seen Paige at least 15 times for treatments lasting 1-2 hours in length when she was in Ottawa. I learned over the summer she would be leaving the city, and I have yet to find an equivalent body worker that helps me with my various chronic pain issues. Seeing Paige helped make my body more resilient to stress, and helped lengthen the time between other appointments (such as with my chiropractor). I always left my treatments feeling a mix of relief, relaxation, and optimism. If you have ever had body pains or discomforts that you couldn’t work through using other modalities, then I’d highly recommend trying a couple of sessions with Paige to see what you can learn, and what kind of progress you can make.

I have never met a healthcare professional so passionate about her work. Paige was raised by a mother who has been a Rolfer for decades and who infused her daughter, not only with knowledge and experience, but with a passion and a dedication to continuous learning. Paige found issues with my body that no other professional had previously identified [issues accumulated over 60 odd years of too much adventure] . Bottom line, she straightened me out and while the pain is not entirely gone, it is much less. I'm still a work in progress.

Paige is a caring, highly trained and skilled Rolfer and osteopathic manual therapist. I make it a point to book a session anytime I'm in the Tampa area. In a word? Astounding!
