My son received excellent care last night, and is already feeling so much better after 5 days of misery. We arrived 15 minutes before his appointment (which was super easy to select earlier in the day), and the check in process was so easy. I love that I was able to use my own device to fill out the paper work, rather than a communal iPad or pen and paper. After a very reasonable wait (it was BUSY), we were called back to be seen. All of the staff we encountered were professional, kind and efficient. They were also FUNNY!! We shared some laughs and then were put in a room to wait for the Doctor. Dr Jessica was AMAZING!!! She made my son very comfortable and found a treatment plan that would minimize his anxiety of taking liquid medicine. Like truly, an amazing experience from start to finish! I highly recommend this urgent care and will return in the future!

The transport driver was so kind and patient and got us to the facility from Epcot quickly. When we got there, the staff was very kind and friendly and efficient. We only waited a few minutes before were taken back and my daughter was immediately seen and treated. It was later in the evening and we were treated with every courtesy and kindness. Only there for total of about 2 and half hours before discharge. The facility was clean and I was impressed with the service we received! Thank you for the excellent care that you gave my daughter and for dealing patiently with her anxious/worried mom and dad!!! The kindness and caring meant so much!

My start to center care was very hard. I called the center to ask if they could kindly help me make a reservation because I had no way to be able to do an online reservation. The young lady told me that I could only do one online place me on hold for 10 minutes Then coming into center care I was directed by someone to stand across the lobby to wait to be called when going up to the counter I had done my online check-in, but did not have my insurance card to show. It was a struggle with registration all in all, but the back staff MA/nurse and provider were amazing. Kudos to Angel for being a great MA/RN And to Hillary the provider, they were very welcoming and definitely showed Advent health standards. Thank you so much for helping my little girl and making her feel 10 times better. I will definitely give this five star to the back half because they definitely deserve it.

My family and I traveled to Disney (surprised our 5 kids for Christmas!) and our youngest didn’t feel well. We went to first aid at magic kingdom and they shuttled us with these fine folks to this urgent care. Everyone was amazing from the nurse at MK to the driver of the shuttle (Dale!!) to the folks at urgent care. Thank you for making something that I thought would ruin our trip to something that wasn’t so bad and allowed us to see another side of why we love it here so much. Thank you!

Quick and easy. We're on vacation and someone was feeling a little run down. Went there to check if it was COVID or something else. Made an appointment, appointment was right on time. Two tests and we were out of there in under 40 minutes. Very satisfied with the speed and accuracy of the service. Never met a doctor with a southern accent, so that was an experience as well ?

Excellent service, it was very friendly the treatment and the wonderful attention, they made me feel very good despite my discomfort in the body, for me it became the best emergency center in Orlando.

Our daughter got an ear infection during our trip to Disney World and these folks couldn't have possibly been a bigger help. They pick you up and drop you off with little to no wait time. And the people at the clinic couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. They make what could be a tough experience into something easy and stress-free. Just remember to bring all your insurance cards with you on your trip.

We visited this clinic in the early evening because we suspected our toddler had an ear infection and wanted to get him checked before driving home later that night. The clinic itself was very clean and well-kept. From the moment we walked in, the front staff were welcoming, kind, and extremely helpful. Both the nurse and the doctor were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and great with our son, who really enjoyed interacting with them.

We were especially impressed that they were able to provide the necessary antibiotics on-site, saving us an extra trip to the pharmacy. They even kindly offered us a ride, which we didn’t need, but it was a thoughtful gesture that showed how much they care about their patients. Overall, we had a great experience and are so grateful for their excellent care and service!
