Rosa and staff was so nice and helpful. We stayed in the loft room which was so nice decorated with heated floors. You’re able to relax with privacy, or celebrate with the complimentary bottle of wine! I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in Loft 11, which was the epitome of modern elegance - sleek, stylish, yet incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the heated bathroom floors and open-concept shower to the best electric bed and bedding I have ever experienced (and I’ve slept in many beds around the world!). Comfort is clearly a top priority here.

The hotel is adorned with stunning artwork throughout, further enhancing its refined aesthetic. We stayed in Loft 13 at R Inn for an anniversary weekend. We wanted a place walkable to lots of restaurants and to the Wine Train. The location is great - 1/2 block off the River Walk, and a quick walk to Oxbow Market, Copia, and the Blue Note as well as the Wine Train. On-site parking is a great perk in downtown Napa. What really sets R Inn apart are the extras: the stocked mini-bar, grab & go snacks, and wonderful breakfast options. It's both elegant and edgy, from the lucite luggage stands, to the glass rock fireplace, it was definitely an "aesthetic" as the kids would say. Was there a closet? No. Did we miss it? Not really. Staff was really helpful, and grounds were relaxing and inviting. Will 100% stay again.

We have stayed at R Inn twice now and absolutely love it! The service is especially wonderful, the lady at the front desk accommodated us arriving early and made sure we could access our room so that we wouldn't miss our reservation. She is always accessible via text. The lofts are especially spacious and we love the included breakfast. The location is perfect, right in downtown with plenty of parking. Highly recommend to any visitors to the Napa region and we will definitely be back again!

GREAT place to stay! I had a last minute overnight, and I even messed up with the wrong date. But they helped me out, even got a small upgrade to the room! Super quiet, very clean, cozy, warm toilet seats, soft towels and bed, walking to downtown, honestly wish I could have stayed longer. I travel solo a lot and I love quiet, clean, comfortable and cool, and this place was all of those.

Booked multiple rooms for a birthday. Rosa was incredibly helpful with planning, accommodating our schedule with an early check in. The rooms were very clean and upscale. We made use of the lounge for breakfast and bocce courts. Exceeded expectations and will stay again!

Great location with parking included, walking distance to all the action. Rooms are super modern minimalist with adjustable bed, Japanese heated toilet, rain shower. Our courtyard building room was super quiet and all the blinds darkened the room beautifully. Plus snacks/drinks, awesome coffee machine and a great quiche on the weekend. The lack of closet was no problem for a long weekend stay. Hotel grounds are small but stylish. Awesome vibes. We chose it on a whim and were so glad we did. Definitely would recommend and will return.

A gem in downtown Napa. We stayed at the Bungalow which was a great space with modern amenities. Very friendly service - we forgot an item in the room and the staff was super helpful with this. The location is perfect and the common spaces were great. Would definitely stay here again.
